Brian Pinter is a composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville, TN. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Brian earned his Bachelor of Music in commercial composition and arranging with violin performance at Belmont University and is now working on a Master of Music in Music Education.
Brian has performed with a variety of musical acts spanning numerous classical and contemporary genres, including the Nashville Composers Collective, Reignite, Kellen of Troy, Marta Palombo, Sarah Beth, Antonio Peebles, Meadow Pass, and others. He has also composed and arranged music for a wide array of ensembles, from arrangements of jazz standards and pop tunes for string quartets to original scores for independent films.
Brian greatly enjoys teaching music and passing on what he has learned through his own educational and real-world experiences, having years of experience teaching private one-on-one lessons on a variety of instruments. He believes in a balance of old and new teaching methods and styles, hoping to best prepare students for the diverse opportunities and demands presented to musicians today.
Brian has been blessed with the opportunity to travel all over the United States and to over eleven countries, sharing his passion for music performance, composition, and education.
